The Prep Classroom Children are eligible to attend Prep when they have turned 5 years of age by June 30 in the year they start Prep. Prep is part of the whole school and runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, 5 days a week. Names can be entered on the waiting list on or after the first day of Term 2 each year. Evidence of date of birth must be produced when children enrol in Prep. A birth certificate, birth extract or passport is required. The DETA provides a calculator to help you work out when your child is eligible to start Prep. At Greenbank we currently have six(6) Prep classrooms. These classrooms generally consist of an open space for group and individual activities with a carpeted area for story telling and singing. They also have a kitchenette/preparation area and access to an outdoor learning area
